Summer is in the final year of her Master’s program in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University. She is passionate about helping clients move toward greater authenticity, resilience, and connection in their lives.
Her therapeutic style blends Gestalt therapy, somatic practices, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to foster deep awareness and healing in the present moment. Summer draws on her extensive background in yoga, equine-facilitated coaching, and advocacy for survivors of abuse to create a compassionate and grounded space where clients feel supported in reclaiming their personal power.
